1. What the service is

CadastreCI is an independent technical tool that automatically produces a cadastral base map (blocks, plots, streets, annotations) from an area drawn on a map or from a .dxf file uploaded by the user. It is not an official government land registry, in Côte d'Ivoire or anywhere else, and it does not constitute title to land.

2. Plans and subscriptions

The free plan allows 2 maps per day and 2 km² per map, with no time limit. The PRO plan (8 000 F CFA, about €12,20 per month) allows 6 maps per day and up to 54 km² per map for 30 days from the moment payment is confirmed. The ULTRA plan (20 000 F CFA, about €30,49 per month) is intended for companies: 20 maps per day, up to 108 km² per map, and several colleagues may use the same account. Subscriptions do not renew automatically: the user renews manually. Temporary promotional offers (for example a free PRO trial period) may be made available: they are time-limited, carry no commitment and take no payment; when they end, the account returns automatically to the free plan unless a paid subscription has been taken out.

2 bis. Payment

Payment is handled by GeniusPay (GENIUS GROUPS SAS, Abidjan), the technical provider that routes the payment to the operator chosen by the user (Wave, Orange Money, MTN Money, Moov Money or bank card). CadastreCI neither collects nor stores any card number or secret code: those details are entered directly on the operator's own secure page.

The subscription is activated automatically as soon as the provider confirms payment. A payment for less than the price of the plan grants no entitlement. Because online payment does not reach every country, manual payment by Orange Money or Wave remains possible for every plan: the subscription is then activated after the transfer has been verified, within 5 hours at most.

3. Availability

CadastreCI does everything it can to keep the service continuously available, but cannot guarantee 100% availability (maintenance, a failure at a hosting provider, an internet outage, and so on). Should the service be interrupted for more than 48 hours in total over a month while a user holds a paid subscription, that subscription is extended by the same number of days as compensation. CadastreCI does not issue automatic cash refunds, but reviews each report individually through the “Report a problem” page or by e-mail.

4. Limitation of liability

The base maps produced are technical proposals that must be checked by a professional before any real deployment. CadastreCI cannot be held liable for the consequences of using the generated files without such checking, nor for indirect losses (site delays, lost earnings) arising from an interruption of the service.

5. Intellectual property

The name “CadastreCI”, the source code, the generation engine and the design of the site are the exclusive property of the publisher. Copying, decompiling, reusing or reproducing all or part of the service, the code or the engine without prior written permission is prohibited. Any attempt at automated extraction (scraping), reverse engineering, or circumvention of quotas is prohibited and may lead to immediate closure of the account.

6. User accounts

Each user is responsible for keeping their password confidential. CadastreCI reserves the right to suspend an account in the event of fraudulent use, non-payment, or breach of these terms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Ivorian law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of Côte d'Ivoire.
