Privacy policy

1. Who we are

CadastreCI is a service published independently by HOMPLOU AURIOL CHRIST J., based in Côte d'Ivoire. Contact: contact@cadastreci.com.

2. What we collect

• E-mail and password (the password is hashed, never stored in clear, and is not readable by us either);
• Name / company, if you give one;
• The .dxf files you upload and the base maps produced;
• The Orange Money / Wave transaction reference you enter to confirm a manual payment (we never ask for your secret code or your card number);
• Basic technical information (IP address, timestamps) used only for the security of the service (anti-fraud, protection against account takeover).

3. How we use it

Your data is used only to run your account (quota, history, subscription) and to improve the generation engine. It is never sold to a third party.

4. Hosting

Data is hosted with established technical providers (Supabase for the database, Render for the server). These providers have no right to exploit your data for their own purposes.

5. Your files do not stay with us

A base map describes real plots, buildings and subscribers. That data concerns your clients, not us. So we do not keep it any longer than necessary:

• Once you have downloaded your file, it is deleted from our servers after 10 minutes. You have it in hand: we have no reason left to keep a copy.
• If you do not download it, it is deleted automatically after 48 hours.
• When our storage fills up we also delete files that were never downloaded — but we e-mail you first, to give you time to come and fetch yours.

In every case the map's entry stays in your workspace (area name, date, quality score) and you can regenerate it free of charge whenever you want. Only the heavy file goes.

Put plainly: the .dxf you download is yours. A few minutes later, it exists nowhere but with you.

6. Online payment

Payment is handled by GeniusPay (GENIUS GROUPS SAS, Abidjan), the technical provider that routes your payment to the operator you choose (Wave, Orange Money, MTN Money, Moov Money or bank card).

To create the payment we pass on only your name, e-mail address and the amount. Your phone number and banking details are entered directly on the operator's secure page: CadastreCI never sees them and never stores them. On our side we keep the transaction reference, the amount and its date, in order to justify your subscription.

7. Your rights

You may at any time ask for your account and data to be deleted, or for your base maps to be exported, by writing to contact@cadastreci.com. Requests are handled within 7 days.

8. Cookies

CadastreCI uses only a session cookie strictly necessary for the site to work (keeping you signed in). No advertising cookie, no third-party tracker, no resale of browsing data.

9. Security

Encrypted connection (HTTPS), hashed passwords, protection against repeated sign-in attempts, and access to production data restricted to the owner of the service alone.
