The layout is done for you
You give the outline of the land — with the mouse on the map, as a .dxf or as a .kmz. The site lays the streets, cuts the blocks then the plots, and numbers all of it.
Streets follow the real ones
Where the land meets existing streets, they are taken from the real map instead of being invented: the plan joins up with what is already built.

Plots step back from the carriageway, as on a real development plan — the road is not glued to the parcels.
You receive a DXF, not a picture
Every family of objects sits on its own layer (blocks, plots, roads, annotations). You pick it up and change it in your usual package.
